April Lockhart is a born July 4, 1995. As a seventh-grade student she began taking piano and guitar lessons. This ignited her passion for music writing. April Lockhart penned her first song"Different" at 12 years old. She spent lots of the time of 14 composing songs and experimenting with the piano. Soon, April began to take trips in NY and LA together with her father to help them to write songs. April started to incorporate other relevant topics into the Take my Hand song for some acquaintances, including peer pressure problems and suicides among teenagers. Lockhart is a beauty and lifestyle influencer with a growing number of followers. She works with popular brand Ilia together, as well as being a lifestyle expert. Her birthplace didn't come with a left-hand, which is what makes her what she is. But that's far from all the facts. The account on Instagram of Lockhart doesn't deny the fact that she has a disability. But it also doesn't make it a point to emphasize it. The profile is a statement. The woman now puts on whatever clothes she wants and posts pictures on Facebook in awe. Self-love, she says, is a process. "I don't think you'll be there," she said.
