Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. He is also a member of the Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is passionate about developing the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) The wife of Dwayne Leslie has three kids.
